Despite a couple of minor teething problems initially, Roxy has become a much loved member of our family, she is delightfully mischievous and incredibly loyal. She's come a long way from the un-trained and un-housetrained mutt we first picked up, it's amazing the difference a good haircut can make, and with regular training with the Eden Valley Dog School she has proven to be intelligent (shock horror!) and a quick learner. Our other dog Fern and Roxy hit it off immediately becoming best buddies within the first hour of taking her home.
She is also very friendly and affectionate and loves lots of fuss - She will do anything for a dog treat! She adores our little boy Oscar, and is very good with him despite her naturally energetic nature!! So many thanks to you all at the Refuge you do a brilliant job ensuring they all get their 'happily ever after' Olly, Clair, Osker, Fern and Roxy. |
