Tufty Tufty is a young black cat, who arrived at the Refuge as a pregnant stray. All her kittens found good homes, but Tufty was very shy and wary of people. She joined the Outdoor cats and has staked out a territory in the garden of Acorn Cottage. Her hobbies include bird watching and playing with dogs, and she is now very sweet and affectionate.

Athene Athene is one of our resident cats. She is very friendly, although a little hand-shy and doesn't like being picked up. Athene has lived at the Refuge for 6 years. She can usually be found snoozing in one of the cat chalets. |

Oscar Oscar is a semi-longhaired tabby cat. He lives in the stable yard and supervises work in the ponies' feed room. Oscar is very cuddly and would make a lovely pet, if only he knew what to do with a litter tray. His hobbies include snoozing in the stable yard kitchen, and hogging the best chair. |
